1. Paddle is the Merchant of Record
The First 365 is a one-time digital product. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, buyer payment support, and eligible refunds. The First 365 supplies and supports access to the digital product.
2. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, use the support or receipt link in the email Paddle sent for your transaction, or visit Paddle Buyer Support. Include the email address used for the purchase, the transaction or receipt details, and a short explanation of the issue so the order can be located and reviewed.
3. Review and eligibility
Submitting a request does not mean that every refund will automatically be approved. Refund requests are assessed under the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law. Paddle may approve, partially approve, or decline a discretionary request where permitted.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right, including rights that may apply when a digital product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose. If applicable law gives you greater or non-waivable rights, those rights apply.
4. Access after a refund
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access to the associated paid plan may be withdrawn. Information that must be retained for transaction, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes may remain for the required period.
5. Product support
Email is our preferred support channel. If you are experiencing an access or technical problem, email thefirst365homeowner@gmail.com. You can also call +381 60 696 6233. We may be able to resolve the issue without a refund. Refund requests can still be submitted directly through Paddle Buyer Support.
