THE FIRST 365

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The First 365 handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 19, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you use The First 365 public website, questionnaire, checkout journey, Google sign-in, and authenticated home organizer. The First 365, operated by Marko Gligorić, is responsible for the product experience. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases and separately handles checkout and payment processing.

2. Information we handle

Depending on how you use the product, we may handle:

  • Identity and account information: your name, email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile information returned by Google through Supabase Authentication.
  • Home and questionnaire information: your US ZIP code, city, state, home type, age, systems, spaces, move date, household details, and other answers used to personalize your plan.
  • Saved homeowner information: plan progress, notes, appliance and warranty details, expense records, trusted professional details, emergency information, and document index entries that you choose to save. The current document feature stores an index and notes, not uploaded document files.
  • Purchase information: plan identifiers, Paddle transaction and event identifiers, payment status, purchase time, and related checkout metadata. The First 365 does not receive or store your full payment card number. Paddle handles payment details.
  • Email validation information: the email address entered before plan creation and the deliverability result returned by Emailable.
  • Technical and usage information: browser and device information, IP address, request and error logs, timestamps, authentication state, security information, and product events or progress reasonably needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and personalize your homeowner plan, validate your email and US location, provide and secure your account, connect a completed purchase to the correct Google-authenticated user, save and synchronize your home organizer, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, maintain the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not use successful Google authentication by itself to grant paid access. Paid access remains tied to a verified purchase and the application's ownership checks.

4. Browser storage and similar technologies

The public funnel uses browser storage to preserve questionnaire answers and purchase-linking information so that a refresh or sign-in redirect does not unnecessarily erase your progress. Authentication information may also be stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Paddle, Google, Supabase, and Vercel may use cookies or similar technologies when providing their parts of the service. You can clear browser storage through your browser, but doing so before completing account linking may interrupt an unfinished purchase journey.

5. Service providers

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the product, process a transaction, comply with law, or protect the service. Current providers include:

  • Supabase for the database, authenticated accounts, and access controls.
  • Google for Google account authentication. Google receives and processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
  • Paddle as the online reseller and Merchant of Record, including checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, buyer support, fraud prevention, and refunds.
  • Emailable for server-side email deliverability checks. The entered email address is sent to Emailable for this purpose.
  • Vercel for website and server-side application hosting, delivery, and operational logs.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is also governed by their own agreements and privacy notices.

6. Legal reasons for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the product and perform our agreement with you, for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent where consent is required. The basis can vary by activity and location.

7. Retention

We keep account and saved home information while your account remains active or as reasonably needed to provide the product. Incomplete purchase drafts and operational logs may be kept for a shorter period for recovery, security, and troubleshooting. Purchase and transaction records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to required retention and backups.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including authenticated access, server-side ownership checks, database access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, and restricted server credentials. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, depending on where you live. You can update much of your saved home information inside the product and can sign out at any time. To request account or personal-data deletion, email thefirst365homeowner@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Payment records controlled by Paddle must be addressed through Paddle Buyer Support.

10. Children

The First 365 is intended for adults managing a home and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or product when reasonably appropriate.

12. Contact

Email is our preferred support channel. For privacy, account, or customer-support requests, email thefirst365homeowner@gmail.com. You can also call +381 60 696 6233.
